Had a lovely weekend with my family, we didn't want to go home we wanted to say a bit longer, the staff were friendly, the food was amazing and had great view of the sea. Thank you very much
Just had 4 days at this hotel couldn't falt it at all the rooms were comfortable and cleaned everyday .the food was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to please you would definitely go again
Stayed at the chatsworth hotel last weekend with a group of 40 had a great time the room, food, entertainment and staff were all very good this is my 5th time there and will be going again next year definitely recommend
From the moment we checked in, our stay was flawless. Our sea view room was everything we hoped for – bright, clean, and offering incredible views of the coast. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always attentive without being intrusive. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of location, comfort, and service. Lovely staff , everything was really nice , but the bedroom was so small , it really made my stay uncomfortable, I purposely booked direct with the hotel ( and paid more than on booking sites) so I could explain while booking that due to my sons autism , please may we have a moderate size room at the least as he needs room to pace up and down, the lady in n reception was lovely,but I couldn't face going back down to reception to explain
We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are a little dated, but not intolerably so. All the staff were lovely. Special credit to Jack who greeted us at 2am after a long drive. What a lovely man!
Room small but adequate and clean, service with a smile every time, We had a 4 day stay and found it worth every penny. The staff and food was excellent. Location is great . Train station not far if you want to travel further afield and plenty of shopping to be had.
